Responsibilities

Own regional site oversight for a Phase 3 program with a heavy focus on execution quality

Oversee CRO CRAs (monitoring cadence, report quality, issue escalation, and follow-through)

Drive site issue resolution and inspection-ready documentation habits

Support database cleaning activities and maintain data quality momentum

Co-monitor as needed when CRO coverage is tight

Travel ~60-70% within your region (no cross-country coverage expectations)

Required

Strong Phase 2/3 experience (therapeutic area match not required)

Real CRO oversight working as a CRA experience (not just independent monitoring)

EDC experience: Veeva and/or Medidata Rave and ClinSpark

2 years of Co-Monitoring experience

CRO oversight in the most recent role
