Assist the manager in coordinating daily business activities and operations

Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals
Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics for management review
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Basic proficiency in MS Office and relevant management software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
