Responsibilities

Draft and manage contracts, payments, and compliance for third-party vendors and creative contributors

Coordinate invoicing, payment processes, and budget tracking with finance teams and project managers

Work closely with Project Managers to track team budgets and projections

Maintain process documentation and utilize systems like Asana and Airtable to track assignments, deadlines, and deliverables

Identify, recruit, onboard, and negotiate with freelance photographers, videographers, editors, and other creatives

Assist with planning, organizing, and executing print and video shoots for Chase Sapphire and Chase Travel

Collaborate with creative teams to develop shoot concepts and manage logistics

Oversee production schedules, talent, resources, and logistics to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned deliverables

Liaise with internal teams and third-party agencies to coordinate event content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives for Sapphire, Freedom, and other card products
