Own the process : Manage settlement projects from kickoff to payment and final wrap-up
Work with data : Clean, analyze, and validate large datasets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting)
Interpret legal requirements : Translate complex court documents into clear, actionable workflows
Lead the team : Delegate tasks to Project Coordinators and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate effectively : Serve as the primary contact with Claims Administrators and provide updates to internal teams
Qualification
Required
Advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis in Excel
3+ years experience in project management, operations, data management, logistics, or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Technical aptitude and ability to learn legal concepts quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Salesforce experience is a plus
Preferred
Experience with class action settlements
Experience with legal documentation
PMP/CAPM certification
