The Sourcing and Logistics Intern will support the Strategic Sourcing and Logistics teams by gaining hands-on experience in supplier management, procurement analytics, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities
Assists in supplier sourcing, selection, and relationship management efforts
Supports logistics operations, including warehouse and route cost analysis
Helps manage procurement data and conduct spend analysis
Participates in supplier negotiations, RFQ/RFP processes, and contract reviews
Researches and analyzes market trends to support cost-reduction initiatives
Assists in the development and implementation of procurement and logistics strategies
Works with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sourcing and logistics processes
Documents and presents findings to key stakeholders in the organization
Supports sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the supply chain
Will perform additional responsibilities when required
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Passion for supply chain, procurement, and logistics
Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
Preferred
Experience with DOMO, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
Previous internship or work experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
