Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth profiling of large, complex source system datasets
Partner with business owners and site leads to understand how data is truly used
Develop and validate data relevancy logic to define migration scope
Analyze data cleanliness and quality; produce baseline quality insights
Identify patterns that distinguish active, operationally relevant data from legacy or inactive records
Use SQL and statistical techniques to explore, test, and validate hypotheses
Document findings, assumptions, and decision logic clearly and thoroughly
Communicate insights through compelling narratives and presentations to business and program leadership
Contribute to a single data readiness dashboard used to assess migration preparedness
Work in parallel across multiple migration waves in close collaboration with data operations and business teams

Required

Strong SQL skills and experience working directly with large datasets
Background in data analysis, data science, or analytical research

Experience working with business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
Curious, investigative mindset
Comfortable working in ambiguity and discovery-driven environments
Strong data storytelling and presentation skills

Experience supporting large-scale data migrations or transformations
