Responsibilities

Coordinate and resolve international shipping activities, including customs clearance, documentation, and escalations

Serve as the primary onsite logistics point of contact for incoming shipments

Receive, inspect, and log parts into the inventory system; execute inventory transactions and transfers

Process and track Salesforce or internal ticketing system requests related to logistics, shipping issues, and materials movement

Interface with internal teams and external carriers to resolve delivery holds, incorrect shipments, or cross-border shipping challenges

Monitor local stock levels and support basic logistics coordination, packing, labeling, and storage

Maintain clear documentation for all incoming parts and ensure full traceability for compliance or audit readiness

Take on additional hands-on responsibilities such as – Clearing/breaking down boxes, organizing any cluttered areas, painting, minor maintenance, setting up tests, own logistics areas to ensure cleanliness

Required

3+ years of experience in international logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations

Proven knowledge of customs clearance procedures, incoterms, and international freight processes

Experience handling shipping tickets and issues, including use of internal systems like Salesforce or similar

During slow periods this person will need to take on additional responsibilities outside of the normal scope such as – Clearing/breaking down boxes, organizing any cluttered areas, painting, minor maintenance, setting up tests, own logistics areas to ensure cleanliness, etc

Comfortable working onsite in a receiving/logistics environment, physically handling parts and verifying inventory

Strong familiarity with inventory management systems and material flow

Exceptional communication skills to coordinate across internal departments and third-party logistics providers

Proficiency with standard tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) for tracking and documentation
