Control Account Manager
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Control Account Manager (CAM) for the AMMM Airframe Design Team. The successful candidate will apply earned value techniques to measure performance against the baseline for all projects and prepare Baseline Change Requests while coordinating with team managers on task planning.

Responsibilities
Apply appropriate earned value technique to measure performance against the baseline for all projects under their responsibility
Prepare Baseline Change Requests (BCRs)
Coordinate with team Managers on task planning
Update and provide Internal Orders (I/Os) for labor charging
Collect information and prepare monthly Cost/Schedule Variances, forecasts, and other EV-related activities
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience
Preferred
Self-directing personality. Must be proactive, willing to investigate solutions/answers and drive results
Familiar with AC-6386 Program Performance Management - (PPM) Implementation as it applies to AMMM Programs
Willing to take, or have already taken PPM (CAM) 101 training course
Familiarity with ETC updates, VAR authoring, Baseline Change Request (BCR) processing, Project schedule and cost baselining, IWAD structure, EV techniques, Work Scope definition, Budget Master Targets, and Control Account / Work Package structures
Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development)
Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
