Vice President Marketing Technology
Gotham Technology Group is seeking a proactive, results-driven Marketing Technology Lead to own and evolve the marketing technology ecosystem across various platforms. This role will play a key part in delivering a scalable, integrated marketing platform that powers personalized digital experiences for prospects and clients.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior Marketing, Sales, and Technology stakeholders to understand business challenges, current-state processes, and future-state requirements across digital and sales enablement initiatives
Lead the design, delivery, and integration of web and digital experiences using modern CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore), ensuring performance, security, compliance, and scalability
Drive the integration and optimization of the broader MarTech stack to enable unified client experiences, personalization, campaign execution, and advanced analytics
Implement and scale sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic), including content governance, taxonomy, adoption, reporting, and ecosystem integrations
Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data teams to improve digital content workflows, campaign execution, lead generation, personalization, and measurement
Represent Technology during the rollout of new tools and processes, leading training, documentation, and change management efforts
Own solution delivery end to end, including solution architecture, backlog management, release planning, and ongoing stakeholder communication
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital platforms, or product/engineering roles, with strong experience in Agile delivery
Hands-on engineering background (e.g., CMS implementations, API integrations, front-end frameworks) with the ability to lead technical teams and solution delivery
Deep experience with modern CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager, including content modeling, workflows, personalization, and integrations
Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot), including lead lifecycle management, scoring, nurture programs, and reporting
Experience implementing and managing sales enablement platforms such as Seismic, including governance, analytics, and CRM integration
Proven ability to integrate MarTech platforms with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), data platforms, analytics tools, and familiarity with CDP concepts
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred
Experience with digital asset management (DAM), analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Sitecore Analytics), personalization engines, and A/B testing tools
Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools and best practices, including integration with site search and content optimization platforms
Experience in Financial Services or Asset Management environments and related marketing best practices
