Responsibilities
Provide full accountability for end-to-end operations across multiple sites and functions
Define and execute the operational strategy in alignment with business and growth objectives
Lead production, maintenance, supply chain, logistics, and engineering functions
Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and industry regulations, with a strong focus on HSE
Build, lead, and develop senior operational leadership teams and succession plans
Establish and monitor operational KPIs, performance metrics, and governance frameworks
Partner closely with commercial, finance, and corporate leadership to support profitability and long-term value creation
Oversee capital projects, major maintenance, and operational transformation initiatives
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Support integration activities related to acquisitions, expansions, or asset optimization
Present operational performance and strategic recommendations at executive and board level
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, or asset-intensive industrial environments
Demonstrated success in VP, Head of Operations, General Manager, or equivalent roles
Strong background in operations management, HSE, and large-scale team leadership
Experience managing complex, multi-site operations in the U.S. market
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
