Support the General Manager by structuring deals and performing 'T.O.s' (Turn Overs) to help associates close tougher customers
Run daily training segments. Your goal is to turn average salespeople into good ones, and good ones into great ones
Ensure the CRM is updated, follow-ups are made, and the lot is merchandised correctly
Handle escalated customer issues with patience and professionalism
Qualification
Required
3+ Years of Automotive Sales experience (Subprime/BHPH is a plus)
Ability to work Saturdays (with a scheduled weekday off)
Proficiency in CRM/DMS tools
No Ego: You are a leader who works with your team, not above them
