The role involves reviewing and negotiating Confidential Disclosure Agreements and collaborating with business stakeholders to manage contract requests.

Responsibilities

Review and negotiate high-volume of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and related agreements (i.e. amendments, etc.) adhering to the approved playbook and policies

Administer CDA requests primarily in contract management system, including intake of initial request, drafting, negotiation and execution

Work closely with business stakeholders as necessary to complete and/or action a CDA request

Assist with providing guidance to requesters throughout CDA process, including triaging requests that may require escalation to other resources or assistance with process-related questions

Provide backup support for various contracting administration matters within the Transactions Law Group, i.e. routing contracts through electronic signing platform
