Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Assist with Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) and related transportation analyses for private development projects
Support the collection, organization, and analysis of traffic count data, turning movement counts, and field observations
Help build and review traffic models using tools such as Synchro and SimTraffic
Provide support to project managers and senior engineers with technical tasks, quality control, and deliverables
Assist with the preparation of technical memos, reports, and presentation materials
Coordinate with internal teams to support permitting and agency review processes
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Qualification
Preferred
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (graduation anticipated in 2027 or 2028)
Interest in transportation or traffic engineering
Exposure to Synchro, AutoCAD, or Vissim is a plus, but not required
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a team-based environment
