Agile Space Industries is seeking a remote Project Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across their aerospace and Department of Defense programs. This role involves partnering with various departments to ensure accurate project controls and providing financial insights for decision making.

Responsibilities

Support project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across assigned programs

Maintain accurate project financial data in Deltek Costpoint, ensuring alignment with contract structure and requirements

Prepare program financial reports including actuals vs budget, EACs/ETCs, burn rate analysis, and monthly program summaries

Partner with Program Managers to monitor performance, identify financial risks, and recommend corrective actions

Support revenue recognition, indirect rate application, and monthly financial close activities

Review labor, materials, subcontractor, and ODC charges for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal controls

Prepare financial inputs for proposals, RFPs, ROMs, and contract modifications

Coordinate with Accounting and Contracts to support billing, funding actions, and contract changes

Develop and maintain standardized financial dashboards and reporting tools

Support internal and external audits including DCAA and DCMA

Assist with project setup, closeout, and ongoing cost control compliance
