Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and gain a deep understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and required and preferred skills
Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including for hard-to-fill roles
Collaborate with sourcing team members to expand candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing approaches
Review resumes and credentials to assess alignment with position requirements
Conduct pre-screen interviews using behavioral interviewing techniques
Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders and HR partners to ensure predictable, high-quality hiring outcomes
Provide candidates with complete, accurate, and engaging information about the company and available opportunities
Extend employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and in accordance with established compensation guidelines and approval authorities
Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation for candidates, searches, and hiring manager interactions within the applicant tracking system
Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to remain competitive and effective

Required

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated success recruiting across a broad and deep range of roles at a national, multi-location level
Strong expertise across the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, qualification, assessment, compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and candidate due diligence
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and respond constructively to feedback
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Full life-cycle recruiting experience with strong attention to detail
Experience supporting a variety of functional roles, including Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, and Supply Chain
Experience recruiting in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
Proven ability to work remotely while supporting hiring managers across multiple time zones

Preferred

Experience with BrassRing / Kenexa applicant tracking systems
Familiarity with Phenom Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
Experience using Paradox or similar recruiting automation tools
Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments
Demonstrated ability to actively listen, read the room, and adapt to competing demands
Aerospace or defense industry recruiting experience
Track record of successfully identifying and attracting high-caliber talent
