Account Executive
Beewise is dedicated to saving the world’s bees through innovative technology and sustainable solutions. The Account Executive will focus on selling Beehome placements and sustainability partnerships to large corporations and commercial real estate portfolios, playing a critical role in expanding Beewise’s footprint while helping customers meet their ESG and sustainability objectives.

Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Identify, research, and engage prospective corporate clients, commercial real estate owners, and property managers
Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
Consultative Selling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate Beewise’s value, impact, and ROI
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals that support long-term partnerships
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on sustainability trends, ESG initiatives, commercial real estate dynamics, and competitive offerings
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline health, forecasts, and performance metrics
Client Onboarding Support: Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to deployment for new customers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with experience selling sustainability or ESG-related solutions
5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with experience selling tech-enabled services or platforms
5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with experience selling services to commercial real estate owners, operators, or enterprise customers
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing complex deals
Consultative, value-based selling approach
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a scaling organization
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ambiguity
Curious, proactive, and driven to continuously learn and improve
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM tools and modern sales technologies to manage pipeline and performance
A strong desire to be part of a mission-driven company and make a measurable environmental impact
