Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support modern Windows provisioning and management solutions (Intune, Autopilot, Windows Hello, Credential Guard, Defender, Endpoint Privilege Management)
Lead AD GPO to CSP and on-prem to cloud modernization initiatives
Define and execute application, patch, and update deployment strategies
Engineer and support endpoint security solutions (disk encryption, AV/EDR)
Develop automation scripts and integrations using Intune and third-party tools
Provide architectural guidance and roadmap for end-user computing platforms
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
Act as the highest-level escalation point for endpoint-related issues
Mentor junior engineers and ensure operational excellence
Ensure compliance with change, incident, and security management processes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Modern Device Management (MDM) within enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Co-management, and GPO-to-CSP migration
Proven experience managing Windows 10/11 (system administration, security, registry, services, and processes)
Experience with Active Directory & Azure AD (Hybrid environments)
Hands-on experience implementing and managing Windows 365 Cloud PC, including on-prem to cloud migration
Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell (VBS/WMI preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting
Strong knowledge of BitLocker, endpoint security, antivirus/EDR (Microsoft Defender)
Solid understanding of browser management, endpoint hardware, and enterprise security controls
Mandatory: Microsoft Intune & Azure certification(s)
Mandatory: Modern Device Management certification
