Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and present financial data and variances
Responsible for complex accounting entries
Assist in reinforcing business rules and ensuring compliance
Assist in assessing and monitoring internal controls
Provide trend analysis as needed
Mentor lower levels in established accounting processes and rules
Collaborate with finance team on timely and accurate financial information
Represents the Finance team in cross-department collaborations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree required
5+ yrs experience in accounting; audit or payroll experience helpful
High competency with accounting software, spreadsheets, databases, data extraction, and Microsoft Office. Previous (Lawson) Infor and M3 use helpful
Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to influence without authority
Leadership skills with previous supervisory experience
Preferred
Master's degree in related field and/or CPA, CMA or potential candidate preferred
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus
