Responsibilities
Match healthcare professionals to client needs based on skills and credentials
Screen, place, and negotiate provider assignments, including rates and contracts
Build long-term client and provider relationships to drive repeat business
Generate a strong pipeline through high-volume (100+ calls per day)
Close deals confidently, including C-level engagements
Meet performance goals while maintaining professionalism and reliability
Qualification
Required
Completion of new hire training is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Sales experience with high-volume cold calling preferred
