Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Visit Georgia-based communities to gather photos, videos, reels, and stories
Highlight resident life, activities, events, staff spotlights, and company culture
Prompt and guide on-site teams on content ideas and best practices
Create engaging graphics, short-form videos, reels, and stories
Monitor trends, analytics, and performance to grow reach and engagement
Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
Qualification
Required
Must live in Georgia and be able to visit communities in the Atlanta metro area
Experience managing social media for a brand or business
Senior Living experience required
Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills
Comfortable capturing and editing photo and video content
Organized, proactive, and confident in prompting others for content
