Required
Proficiency in hiring, recruiting, and identifying talent
Experience in conducting interviews and effective candidate assessments

Knowledge of training processes and onboarding best practices
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office environment
Familiarity with workforce planning tools and recruitment platforms
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
