Responsibilities

Optimize existing HubSpot workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, and lead routing

Build dashboards and custom performance reports for marketing and sales teams

Maintain data integrity through deduplication, segmentation rules, and property governance

Support marketing with campaign setup, email optimization, nurture sequences, and analytics

Assist sales teams with sequences, task automation, pipeline cleanup, and troubleshooting

Integrate HubSpot with WordPress, GA4, form systems, and cross-brand data sources

Monitor platform performance and identify operational improvements

Surface insights that guide smarter decision-making across all three brands

Required

2–5+ years of HubSpot CRM + Marketing Hub experience

Proven experience improving existing HubSpot setups

Ability to work independently and collaborate across marketing, sales, and leadership teams

Familiarity with GA4, attribution modeling, and UTM strategy

Preferred

Experience collaborating with architecture/design, construction, or material-spec industries

Conversion rate optimization and A/B testing experience

WordPress-to-HubSpot integration familiarity

API familiarity and light technical troubleshooting
