Fenderr is a carrier verification platform that aims to convert freight brokers into paying customers through its innovative solutions. The Head of Conversion will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance user conversion from a free tool to a paid verification platform, as well as building the growth function from scratch.

In-product upgrade paths and conversion triggers
Experimentation across CTAs, onboarding flows, pricing/packaging
Analytics infrastructure to understand where and why we lose people
Building the growth function from scratch
Qualification
Required
5+ years in growth/conversion/PLG at B2B SaaS
You've converted free tool users into paid customers before (bring the numbers)
Hands-on with analytics. You query data yourself
Experience with freemium/PLG motions and self-serve onboarding
Comfortable at early-stage companies where you build from zero
