Building and maintaining client relationships
Executing cross sell, up-sell, and round out campaigns
Managing certificates and evidence of insurance
Identifying and overseeing insurance policy maintenance
Resolving client inquiries
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal service
Ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
Account Management expertise, with the ability to maintain client relationships and address complex business insurance inquiries
Experience in Insurance and understanding of policy types, risk assessment, and coverage options
Proficiency in Process Management, including leading sales initiatives and achieving targets
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License Required
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
