Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership: Act as the dedicated partner for the Carrier business and RevOps leadership, managing stakeholder expectations and delivering valuable business insights
Data Architecture & Access: Navigate GCP (BigQuery) or modern cloud environments to locate and extract the data necessary to solve critical business hurdles
The "Data Detective": Expertly piece together raw, unstructured, or incomplete data from multiple sources to create cohesive, reliable datasets for analysis
SQL & Analysis: Write SQL queries to extract and transform raw data into actionable business logic
Reporting Ecosystem: Build and maintain sophisticated, automated reporting in Tableau, while utilizing Excel for agile, ad-hoc modeling and deep-dive requests
High-Stakes Communication: Translate technical findings into "business speak," delivering insights regarding AI product performance that empower stakeholders to take immediate action
Qualification
Required
6+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
Experience with SQL, GCP/BigQuery, Snowflake or similar modern warehouses
Spreadsheet Ninja
