Responsibilities

Serve as the face of Cision for Spanish-speaking LATAM prospects, acting as the first point of contact across the Cision and Brandwatch portfolio
Spark meaningful conversations with potential customers and educate them on how Cision’s solutions help organizations understand, manage, and amplify their brand presence
Engage with marketing, communications, and PR leaders in the LATAM market, tailoring messaging to regional business needs and cultural nuances
Stay up to date on industry trends across PR, communications, social media, and digital intelligence
Become an expert on Cision’s brand, business, and SaaS solutions, including Brandwatch
Partner closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline and drive new business revenue
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and sourcing new opportunities using tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, Gong, and other platforms
Execute an average of 100 outbound activities per day (calls, emails, social outreach) with the goal of booking qualified meetings and initiating the sales process
Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of interested prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and clear next steps with sales leadership
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge

Required

A background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS, BDR/SDR, real estate, or recruitment experience preferred), or a strong desire to build a career in sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Spanish required
A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the resilience to meet and exceed targets
Strong ownership mentality with the ability to execute and follow through
