Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership across multiple sites and 3PL facilities
Coach and develop site leaders and supervisors to build high-performing teams
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement using data and lean principles
Oversee budgeting, labor planning, and capital projects
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and inventory standards
Travel regularly (16-20 trips per year) to stay connected with operations
Qualification
Required
Proven people leader with a track record of coaching and developing talent
Experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations
Strong initiative and ability to identify trends and bring forward solutions
Comfortable influencing at all levels—operators to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field required
10+ years in supply chain with at least 5 years in multi-site leadership OR complex site leadership
Preferred
Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred
