Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer negotiation
Create compelling job descriptions and market Capital One’s talent brand
Source candidates using diverse and innovative strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, events, sourcing tools, etc.)
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Advise hiring managers and leadership on recruiting strategies, market trends, and talent availability
Consult with hiring managers on workforce planning and talent needs
Support multiple teams and requisitions simultaneously
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Recruiting, Human Resources, Client consulting, Or a combination of the above
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
5+ years of experience in corporate full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and research
Experience supporting Data Science, Quantitative, or Analytics hiring
1+ year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers simultaneously
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Experience using innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent
Knowledge of compensation practices and general HR requirements related to hiring
