Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive global supply chain strategies that align with the company's overarching objectives and international presence

Lead and manage global supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and delivery across multiple sites

Identify and mitigate risks within the global supply chain to ensure continuity and reliability across various markets

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels on a global scale

Establish and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers and vendors worldwide

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the most favorable terms and conditions on an international level

Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure global standards are met

Develop a rigorous supplier qualification and audit process to ensure compliance with international industry standards and regulations

Build and lead a high-performing, multicultural supply chain team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities across global offices

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and excellence across different cultural contexts

Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team members meet or exceed global goals

Oversee inventory management processes to optimize stock levels and minimize waste across multiple regions

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers worldwide

Implement and maintain best practices in supply chain operations, including LEAN Six Sigma methodologies, on a global scale

Utilize data analytics and advanced technology to drive decision-making and process improvements internationally

Ensure compliance with all relevant international regulations, standards, and certifications, including ISO and FDA requirements
