Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
AI-native builder (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, GPT-4, etc.)
Strong with modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js, shadcn/ui, Tailwind, Node.js, TypeScript)
Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Builder mindset with strong execution and MVP thinking
Knowledge of secure architecture and data privacy (GDPR, SOC 2)
Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
