Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Lead

Responsibilities
Sales Specialist must ensure that the Cybersecurity business unit achieves to the revenue goals
The PSL must have skills to gather the business requirements, break it down to solution/services and position YASH security offering, explain value proposition, the benefits of the appropriate solutions to the prospects/customers. Lead the design of tailored, value-driven solutions for client opportunities. Translate client needs into feasible, profitable proposals aligned with SL (Service Line) offerings and delivery capabilities
Responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline aligning to achieve topline growth of Cybersecurity service line goals
Utilize consultative skills, create and deliver sales pitch proposals and presentations to prospects. Ensure proposals meet YASH’s standards for quality, consistency, and compliance. Conduct internal reviews and support executive sign-offs for large or strategic deals
Conduct research and identify business opportunities & deliver end-to-end deal closure
Lead customer workshops and planning presentations, articulate the value proposition of YASH’s security solution(s), and service offerings
Manage with internal competency teams to review solutions and costing models
Promote service offerings in collaboration with YASH Business Development Leaders (BDL) and external OEM. Partner with SL BD Leads, Delivery, and CoE teams to define win themes, solution architecture, pricing strategy, and delivery approach. Ensure alignment between technical feasibility and commercial viability
Analyze won/lost deals and customer feedback to improve solution strategy, pricing, and proposal management. Share insights with SL Leaders and CoEs
Keep abreast of latest cyber security technologies Industry best practices to provide guidance and design adequate controls and processes. Use AI, automation, and reusable IP to enhance proposal quality, speed, and differentiation. Ensure competitiveness while maintaining target margins
Qualification
Required
Overall 10 to 12 years of experience or more
Client facing skills and ability to influence C-levels leadership in Cyber Security strategy
Experience in multiple security services models (E.g. :- Managed Security Services) through target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques
Proven sales track record and relationships in key strategic enterprise accounts
Good knowledge of security systems and applications and strong foundation in core areas of Cyber security
Experience and knowledge in emerging disciplines of Cybersecurity E.g. AI, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, IoT Security, etc
Knowledge and practical application experience of information security best practices such as ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, SOC 1/2/3 Audits, NIST standards
Strong written, communication and presentation skills
Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence leadership team internally and clients
Attitude to learn and develop, maintain a record of continuous professional development
Willing to travel on short- or long-term assignments
Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT-related field or equivalent
One or more certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC and other certifications in technology
Preferred
Maintain security industry/community connect in the geography is a plus
