This role involves operating the switchboard, providing administrative support, and coordinating emergency communication throughout the Center.

Responsibilities
Operate switchboard and route calls accurately
Serve as first point of contact for the Center
Handle emergency calls; announce and text emergency codes
Coordinate communication via phone and walkie-talkies
Provide administrative support (data entry, scanning, filing)
Badge backup creation and package coordination
Support daily operations (front lobby upkeep, sanitation, restrooms, plants, coffee water)
Respond to department requests as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years administrative experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer and communication skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Two (2) years experience working in a clerical/secretarial position in front office healthcare setting
