Responsibilities

Support the Product Development team by assisting with research, CAD modeling, brainstorming, and prototyping

Help design, test, and validate products ensuring they meet TUSHY’s high standards of quality and innovation

Work with external partners like manufacturers and suppliers to ensure products meet TUSHY’s mission and quality standards

Assist with creating detailed product briefs, technical requirements, and documentation for stability testing and product launches

Assist with cross-functional project management, supporting the creation of detailed timelines and tracking milestones to identify potential technical risks

You will analyze product performance data and consumer feedback to support recommendations for product improvements, packaging refinements, and potential innovation opportunities
