They are seeking a Concierge to provide support to leasing staff, supervise clubhouse activities, and maintain relationships with civic and professional organizations.

Responsibilities

Provide support to leasing staff including the ability to work in the leasing position as requires

Supervise clubhouse activities

Oversee the maintenance of the clubhouse common areas

Plan, co-ordinate and supervise social activities

Publish/distribute the monthly customer newsletter

Meet and greet the public

Maintain relationships with civic /professional organizations

Oversee the marketing efforts of the clubhouse and social programs within budget parameters and market plans

Answer telephones, write work orders, escort residents to planned group activities off site

Provide resource services to residents

Qualification

Property Management SoftwareCustomer ServiceSales ExperienceCommunication SkillsOrganizational Skills

Required

2 years in sales or property management experience

Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills

Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws and regulations

Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems

Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
