Responsibilities
Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform manual and/or automated testing of custom and GIS-based applications
Analyze test results, log defects, and participate in defect triage and demos
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario development and execution
Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to validate requirements
Provide weekly testing status reports to the QA Testing Lead
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in software testing within mid- to large-scale projects
Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with defect management tools; experience with GitHub and ServiceNow preferred
Public sector experience and QA certifications (CAST, CSTE, CSQA, CMSQ) are a plus
