Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
Independently manage complex interview logistics involving multiple stakeholders, locations, and schedules
Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting needs and communicate timelines
Provide timely, professional communication to candidates and internal stakeholders
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience
Maintain accurate and compliant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Apply established recruiting processes while exercising judgment to escalate or adjust when non-standard situations arise
Support compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
Prepare recruiting-related reports and support audits or data requests
Coordinate background checks, pre-employment steps, and onboarding logistics
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent plus advanced training in human resources, recruiting, or business administration
4–5 years of experience in administrative support, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support
Ability to work independently under general supervision on complex assignments
Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
Preferred
Experience supporting technical, manufacturing, or high-volume recruiting environments
Familiarity with employment compliance and HR best practices
