Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable data applications and pipelines using Ab Initio
Implement robust ETL processes for large-scale batch data processing
Optimize performance for high-volume data workflows and micro-batch processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data security, compliance, and auditing standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio development and ETL processes
Proficiency in: Ab Initio Co>Op System, GDE
Proficiency in: Unix systems and scripting
Proficiency in: GitHub
Proficiency in: Oracle databases
Proficiency in: Messaging systems (Kafka, IBM MQ)
Familiarity with Autosys job scheduling
Experience with: Handling large data volumes for batch processing
Experience with: Performance tuning for batch workflows
Experience with: Creating asynchronous micro-batches and non-linear batch processes
Preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills
