Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end production of video content, from planning and filming through editing and delivery

Create educational, marketing, and internal video content that aligns with MongoDB’s brand and messaging

Edit video content in Adobe Premiere, using established templates, MOGRTs, and After Effects projects as needed

Lead on-set production, including lighting, audio recording, camera operation, and directing subjects when appropriate

Set up and maintain production studios, lighting, and equipment for video and photo shoots

Create supporting assets such as motion graphics and b-roll

Capture video and photography at events, offices, customer sites, and employee activities

Partner with teams across the organization, including Curriculum Engineering, Field Marketing, Sales, and Employer Brand

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of video workflows, tools, and production processes
