Design, develop, and train models for data classification, remediation generation, and orchestration
Build scalable pipelines for dataset creation, labeling, evaluation, and iteration
Integrate AI inference into production backend systems (APIs, monitoring, observability)
Implement and extend agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, custom planners)
Collaborate with full-stack and agent engineers to connect AI outputs to real customer environments
Improve model performance, reliability, and safety in live systems
Qualification
Required
Strong Python expertise
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph)
Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered systems
Experience integrating AI inference into production systems (APIs, orchestration, monitoring)
Familiarity with data engineering, retrieval systems, RAG pipelines, or model fine-tuning
Preferred
Prior experience shipping agentic AI systems into production
Background in security, IT infrastructure, or B2B SaaS
Backend-leaning or full-stack engineering experience
Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI quality and safety
