Financial Systems Administrator

They are seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to oversee the management and technical support of the HFM application, ensuring data integrity during the financial consolidation process and collaborating with the finance team to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Perform daily system monitoring and health checks of all HFM servers and components; manage and apply patches, updates, and service packs as required; oversee server-level maintenance, including logs, disk space, and performance tuning
Provide primary technical support for the HFM application, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues; manage user security, including provisioning access, creating user groups; administer metadata, rules, and application logic to support business requirements
Oversee the monthly financial consolidation process, ensuring data integrity and timely completion; manage the loading of data from various source systems using FDM/FDMEE; develop and maintain financial reports and web forms within HFM
Partner with the finance team to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions; assist in the design, development, and testing of new application components; maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedures
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum eight years of recent experience in administering financial and reporting applications across multiple environments
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management functionality, including its reporting capabilities, Financial Reporting Studio
Proficiency in data transformations and ETL tools (Oracle FDMEE, Microsoft Access) for extracting, transformation, and loading data from various systems

Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in finance, accounting, information systems, computer science, IT, or related field is preferred
