Support intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks for strategic projects
Prepare meeting artifacts, track action items, and synthesize discussions
Assist with KPI analysis, reporting, and success measures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Business Analyst experience
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Salesforce
Experience with Jira and Confluence; Agile knowledge preferred
Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
Preferred
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are a plus
