Responsibilities

Lead Developer / Mentor: Provide technical oversight and code reviews for a global team of developers, ensuring adherence to "Big 4" coding standards and SOLID principles
DevOps & ALM: Design and maintain the CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps) for automated deployments, solution layering, and version control across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the "Level 4" expert to resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and "Heisenbugs" in the D365 environment
Strategic Prototyping: Build "Proof of Concepts" (POCs) for complex Payer requirements, such as custom Broker portals or complex Member eligibility calculators within CRM

Must have experience in Healthcare Payer
Experience: 15–20 Years
Advanced Customization: Expert in writing C#/.NET Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Custom APIs. Mastery of the D365 SDK and Web API
Client-Side Excellence: Professional-grade JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript development for sophisticated Form scripting, Ribbons, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls
Integration Architecture: Designing and building real-time and batch integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions) to connect D365 with Payer 'Source of Truth' systems (Claims, Enrollment, Providers)
Dataverse & SQL: Deep understanding of the Dataverse storage architecture, indexing, and SQL-level optimization for high-volume Payer databases (often involving millions of member records)
PHI/PII Security Frameworks: Implementing field-level security, encryption at rest/transit, and audit logging to meet HIPAA/HITECH requirements
Interoperability Standards: Hands-on experience implementing FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and HL7 data structures within the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare
Performance Tuning: Expertise in optimizing D365 for high-concurrency environments, such as during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) when system load spikes significantly
Lead Developer / Mentor: Provide technical oversight and code reviews for a global team of developers, ensuring adherence to 'Big 4' coding standards and SOLID principles
DevOps & ALM: Design and maintain the CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps) for automated deployments, solution layering, and version control across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments

Consulting Pedigree: Prior experience at Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, or PwC, demonstrating the ability to manage technical debt and rigorous documentation standards
Full Stack Proficiency: Backend: C#, .NET Core, Web API, SQL. Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React (for PCF), HTML/CSS. Cloud: Azure (Functions, Key Vault, App Insights, Logic Apps)
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400). Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering
