Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement vehicle control systems for commercial and specialty vehicles
Perform system integration, validation, and testing of electrical and electronic (E&E) systems
Develop and troubleshoot wiring harnesses, connectors, and electrical schematics
Support CAN communication setup, diagnostics, and validation
Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless system integration
Diagnose and resolve electrical and controls-related issues during development and production
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety requirements, and company specifications
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical system performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
Vehicle Controls Design
Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems
Experience with CAN communication protocols
Hands-on experience in E&E system integration and validation
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field
Experience troubleshooting electrical systems in automotive or off-highway vehicles
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with commercial, industrial, or specialty vehicles
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and vehicle network analyzers
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
