Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6

Performing cost analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking

Supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) and variance analysis

Preparing weekly and monthly project performance reports, including KPIs, progress curves, and cost/schedule trends

Collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders to align plans, actuals, and forecasts

Managing change control processes and evaluating impacts to cost and schedule

Supporting project risk reviews and contingency planning

Ensuring compliance with client and PTAG project controls standards and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field

5+ years of project controls experience on capital projects, with experience in Transmission & Distribution and Substation projects

Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of EVM and project performance metrics

Preferred

Experience with cost management systems such as EcoSys or Prism is an asset

PMP, AACEI (CCP, PSP), or similar certification is considered an asset
