Responsibilities

Facilitates end-user meetings and provides level of operational and application build expertise in completing assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes
Performs design, build, and implementation assignments/projects
Participates in re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners
Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translates clinical/operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements
Guides in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications

Qualification

Epic Tapestry CertificationUtilization Management experienceBachelor's DegreeProblem-solving skillsProject management

Required

Two (2) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Tapestry workflows
Ability to balance multiple projects
Solves problems effectively and provides recommendations
High School Diploma/GED required
Epic Tapestry Certification required

Preferred

Preferred specialty experience in UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits build/implementation
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field. (preferred)
UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits certification highly preferred
