Brand Manager - Women's Wellness

Responsibilities
Own the long‑term brand vision and build a clear roadmap for sustainable growth in the women’s wellness category
Analyze market trends, competitive shifts, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities, unmet needs, and whitespace for innovation
Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen brand equity and expand market share
Lead brand P&L responsibilities, tracking KPIs and driving strategies to optimize revenue, margins, and ROI
Identify performance gaps and quickly activate solutions that improve profitability within highly competitive OTC segments
Build and manage high-impact digital campaigns across paid social, SEM, affiliate, programmatic, email/SMS, SEO, and owned website channels
Optimize investments to maximize performance on Amazon and other marketplaces
Partner with internal and external teams to develop data‑driven strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
Craft compelling brand narratives and product messaging rooted in empathy, insight, and authenticity
Ensure consistency of voice and visual identity across all touchpoints—website, packaging, digital content, social media, retail, and more
Guide the creation of dynamic content that grows reach, deepens loyalty, and differentiates our brands
Partner with agency teams, creative partners, and internal experts to deliver best‑in‑class marketing programs
Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all communications meet compliance standards and approval timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of brand management or marketing experience with consumer brands, ideally in Amazon, DTC, or retail marketplaces
A blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution—someone who can zoom out, zoom in, and deliver results
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
Exceptional project management and collaboration skills; comfortable juggling priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Experience in healthcare/beauty, DTC, ecommerce, or agency environments is a plus
