Communication Hub: professionally answer phones, screen calls with discretion, and take accurate, detailed messages
Calendar Management: Assist in managing attorney schedules and confirming client consultations
Document Support: Transcribe dictation and correspondence from attorneys (strong listening and typing skills are essential)
Office Administration: maintain a tidy and organized reception area, handle filing, scanning, and general administrative support tasks as needed
