Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the general ledger, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, support the month-end and year end closing processes, and collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Prepares and files monthly, quarterly, and annual Tax Returns
Prepares and posts month end journal entries
Monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and fixed assets

Qualification

GAAP accountingFixed asset experienceBachelor's degree in AccountingMicrosoft Office2-3 years accounting experienceExperience in legal services

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role
Familiarity of GAAP accounting and principles
Fixed asset experience required utilizing software
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment
