Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative analysis of industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects to support investment decision, and M&A processes in the USA
Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and analyze return on investment
Maintain the deal flow database with information sourced from the firm’s network
Prepare presentations and reports for internal & external meetings/communications
Monitor and research companies and industries, to stay up to date on trends and major transactions
Coordinate third-party due diligence in collaboration with investment team members and external advisors
Provide analytical support and thought partnership to senior team members
Conduct ongoing monitoring of portfolio assets and market changes to support informed decision-making
Collaborate effectively with other affiliated members and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, both written and verbal, required
2–6 years of relevant experience as an Analyst/Associate in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development
Excellent financial modeling skills and strong accounting background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly
Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment
Excellent research skills with experience in market and company analysis
Strong analytical approach; structured thinker
Team player with experience working both in teams and as an individual contributor
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Preferred
Experience in the energy infrastructure (renewables, NG/LNG) and industrial sectors (aerospace, defense), a plus
Previous experience working in a multinational company preferred
