Client Service Advisor (Advisor Support & Client Experience)
Garback Financial is a client-focused financial planning and wealth management firm dedicated to long-term relationships and exceptional service. The Client Service Advisor supports the advisory team by managing client relationships and operational needs to deliver a high-touch client experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, requests, and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate account operations, client onboarding, and portal management, including new account setup, transfers, money movement, and documentation
Prepare for and support client meetings, including scheduling, agendas, follow-up items, and related documentation
Maintain accurate client records and support compliance and operational workflows
Collaborate closely with advisors and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and consistent, high-quality client experience
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; exercises professional discretion with confidential information
Client-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and follow-through; team-oriented and adaptable
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
